Unlimited Kilometer Rental Car – Fair Usage Policy
At iWay Rent a car, we understand the convenience and flexibility that unlimited kilometer rental offers to our valued customers. To ensure a fair and positive experience for all, we have established the following fair usage policy:
Intended Use: Unlimited kilometer rental is intended for normal, everyday use such as commuting, leisure travel, and business trips. It is not meant for unusual or excessive usage, including but not limited to commercial activities, ride-sharing, and long-distance hauling.
Duration of Rental: Unlimited kilometer rental rates are designed for standard rental durations. Prolonged rentals beyond 30 consecutive days may be subject to review and possible adjustment.
Geographical Limitations: Unlimited kilometer rental is valid within the agreed-upon geographical area specified in the rental agreement. Any usage outside this area may incur additional charges.
Prohibited Activities: The unlimited kilometer rental must not be used for any illegal purposes or in any manner that violates traffic laws, regulations, or the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
Vehicle Maintenance: The customer is responsible for maintaining the rented vehicle in good condition. Regular maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations, should be performed as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
Unauthorized Drivers: Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers may void the unlimited kilometer benefit and result in additional charges.
Vehicle Overloading: The rented vehicle should not be overloaded with passengers or cargo beyond its specified capacity.
Negligent Use: Customers are expected to use the rented vehicle with care and diligence. Negligent use that results in damage to the vehicle may lead to additional charges.
Reporting Incidents: In the event of an accident, theft, or any other incident, the customer must promptly report the incident to the local authorities and to iWay Rent a car.
Modification of Terms: iWay reserves the right to modify the terms of the fair usage policy at its discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
Enforcement: Failure to comply with this fair usage policy may result in additional charges, termination of the rental agreement, or other appropriate actions as deemed necessary by iWay Renta Car.
