Rent a Car Terms and Conditions – iWay Private Limited

Rental Agreement: By renting a vehicle from iWay Private Limited, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you (the renter) and iWay Private Limited.
Insurance Coverage: All rental vehicles are covered by basic liability insurance. Additional insurance options, such as collision damage waiver (CDW), personal accident insurance (PAI), and supplementary liability insurance (SLI), are available for purchase to provide enhanced coverage. Please inquire about these options at the time of booking or rental pickup.
Driver’s License: The renter must present a valid driver’s license issued by their country of residence at the time of rental. International renters must also present a valid passport in addition to their driver’s license.
Minimum Age: The minimum age for renting a vehicle from iWay Private Limited is 21 years old. Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 may be subject to a young renter surcharge.
Payment: Payment for the rental must be made in advance using a valid credit card or other accepted forms of payment. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental.
Fuel Policy: The rental vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period. It is the renter’s responsibility to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel. Failure to do so may result in refueling charges at a rate specified in the rental agreement.
Vehicle Condition: The renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle for any pre-existing damage or defects before accepting it. Any damage found should be reported to iWay Private Limited immediately. The renter will be held liable for any new damage sustained during the rental period.
Mileage Limitation: We offer two packages:
Prohibited Uses: The rental vehicle may not be used for any prohibited purposes, including but not limited to: off-road driving, racing, towing, and transporting illegal substances. Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.
Accidents: In the event of an accident, the renter is responsible for:
Small Expenses: During the usage of the vehicle, any minor expenses such as tire punctures, bulb replacements, and other small repairs or replacements are covered by the renter. These expenses are not covered under the rental agreement and will be the responsibility of the renter.
Vehicle Cleanliness: The renter must return the vehicle in a clean condition. Before returning the car, renters must wash the exterior and clean the interior. Failure to do so will result in additional charges:
Parking Safety: The renter must park the car in the safest possible place and avoid parking under trees whenever possible. Parking in safe and well-lit areas reduces the risk of theft, vandalism, and damage to the vehicle.
Government Rules: The renter must obey all applicable government rules and regulations while operating the rental vehicle. This includes but is not limited to traffic laws, parking regulations, and any other laws governing the use of motor vehicles.
iWay Private Limited Operation Hours: Our operation office hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Renters returning the car after office hours are requested to inform iWay Private Limited in advance. Returning the car after office hours may result in additional charges, so we encourage renters to inform us early to avoid any inconvenience.
Vehicle Inspection at Night: Renters returning the vehicle in the nighttime hours will not have their security deposit refunded immediately. Due to low light conditions, we cannot conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle. If no damage is found upon inspection during daylight hours, we will refund the security deposit.
Airport Returns: Renters returning the car at the airport will incur additional charges. These charges will be specified in the rental agreement and may vary depending on the airport location.
Return of Vehicle: The rental vehicle must be returned to the designated rental location at the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. The condition of the vehicle will be assessed upon return, and any damages or missing items may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within a certain time frame prior to the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on the timing of the cancellation and will be specified in the rental agreement.
Vehicle Availability: While we make every effort to fulfill reservations, vehicle availability is not guaranteed. In the event that the reserved vehicle is not available, iWay Private Limited reserves the right to provide a comparable alternative or cancel the reservation without liability.
